Health Insurance:

Other than Blue Cross Blue Shield products (i.e. Carefirst, Anthem, FEP, etc), our program is not in-network with any insurance networks. Many insurance companies have out-of-network benefits, and we will always provide a statement with appropriate coding to allow you to submit for reimbursement. The best way to find out the services and limits of coverage of your insurance plan is to contact your insurance company or employee benefit plan.

Fees & Payment:

Please contact us for pricing information. We accept payment by check, credit, and debit card. A non-refundable deposit is due 30 days prior to your appointment. 

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that you have a life with its own commitments and that everyone has unexpected changes to their schedule. With advance notice, we try our best to accommodate any schedule change you request. However, you will be charged for missed/canceled sessions without 48 hour notice unless we can reschedule your appointment within the calendar week. It is important to realize that “no show” sessions cannot be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
